TOMATO

Ingredients
3 cups hot Water
1 Roma Tomato
1 Carrot
1 small Celery Stalk
1 thin slice of Onion
1 peeled Garlic clove
1 spear of Yellow Squash
1 quarter of Red Bell Pepper
1 quarter cup chopped Cabbage

2 Tablespoons BlenditUp Southwest Spice
1 Mushroom
Optional
Directions
Place all ingredients, except chips, in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed.
Secure the lid
Select Variable #1, turn to ON.
Increase speed to Variable #10 and then switch to HIGH. Process 2 - 3 minutes until steaming.
Switch to Variable #3 or #4 and add chips through the center of the 2-part lid.
Let circulate for a few seconds.
Turn to OFF and serve immediately.
Optional steps after blending
Add 1 cup of cooked Chicken
Add 1/2 fresh Jalapeno
Add 1/4 cup pitted Olives
Add 1/4 cup cooked Corn
Add 1 handful of Tortilla Chips
