ORANGE JUICE
Orange juice is an excellent source of Vitamin C — one cup contains twice the daily recommended value. Vitamin C supports your immune system and may be effective in fighting against the common cold.
MANGO
Mangos are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart.
ACAI BERRY
Acai berries contain antioxidants and fiber. Studies show that as a superfood, they may help various health concerns, including arthritis, weight loss, high cholesterol and erectile dysfunction.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Mango, chopped
100 gram package Tambor Acai Berry puree
-
1 Scoop Greens + Reds Potent Immune Support
2 cups Ice.
Directions
Add all ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure lid.
Blend on High, or Smoothie setting, until smooth.
