BANANAS

CINNAMON

Ingredients
1 Cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 Cup Cottage cheese
1/2 Banana, frozen
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender, secure lid, blend on High (or Smoothie setting) until smooth.
