COCONUT MILK
Coconut milk is a tasty, nutritious and versatile food that is widely available. It can also be made easily at home. It's full of important nutrients like manganese and copper.
BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
MANGO
Mangos are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart.
SPINACH
Spinach is high in potassium, magnesium, fiber, and more. It has been linked to several health benefits, including improved bone health, skin, and hair.
Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1 Cup Spinach

2 Scoops Clean Lean Whey Protein Powder
1 Cup Ice
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth
