PARSLEY
Parsley works as a powerful natural diuretic and can help reduce bloating and blood pressure. Parsley is loaded with vitamin K, which has been linked to bone health. The vitamin supports bone growth and bone mineral density.
CUCUMBER
Cucumbers have a mild, refreshing taste and a high water content. They can help relieve dehydration and are pleasant to eat in hot weather.
PINEAPPLE
Bromelain, the digestive enzyme in pineapple, has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. This helps when you have an infection, like sinusitis, or an injury, like a sprain or burn.

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup Parsley, Rinsed and Cut from Stem
1 Cucumber, Rinsed and Peeled
1 Cup Pineapple

Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
