UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
Unsweetened almond milk contains up to 80% fewer calories than regular dairy milk. Using it as a replacement for cow's milk could be an effective weight loss strategy.
SPINACH
Spinach is high in potassium, magnesium, fiber, and more. It has been linked to several health benefits, including improved bone health, skin, and hair.
KALE
Kale contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems.
BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are high in antioxidants, as berries have more antioxidants than any other fruits or vegetables.
ALMONDS
Almonds contain vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber, and so they may offer a number of health benefits. Just a handful of almonds — approximately 1 ounce — contains one-eighth of a person's daily protein needs.
Ingredients
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup Fresh Kale
1 Cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Ice
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth.
Top with sliced almonds and Enjoy!
