3.5 Oz Green Grapes
1 Slice Fresh Pineapple
1 Apple, seeded and quartered
1 Banana, peeled
1 Slice Fresh Ginger Root, unpeeled
1 Slice Lime, unpeeled
2.1 Oz Raw Spinach

1 Scoop Vegan Super Fruit Protein Smoothie Mix
Directions
Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Select Variable 1.
Turn on the machine and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10,then to High.
Blend for 35 to 45 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades until the desired consistency is reached.
