Peanuts are rich in protein, fat, and fiber. While peanuts may have a large amount of fat, most of the fats they contain are known as “good fats"

Directions
Place the ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
Select Variable 1.
Turn on the machine and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
In 1 minute, you will hear a chugging sound. Once the butter begins to flow freely through the blades, the sound of the motor will change tone. Stop the machine.
