TOMATO

Ingredients
1Lb favorite pasta
1 cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup chopped red pepper
1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 can rinsed and drained kidney beans or black beans
1 cup thawed, frozen corn
4 thinly sliced green onions
¼ cup diced red onion
Southwest Vinaigrette Dressing
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lime juice

2 teaspoons BlenditUp southwest blend seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Pasta Salad
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and then drizzle over Southwest Vinaigrette dressing

Whisk in glass bowl and pour generously over pasta salad. Mix thoroughly and enjoy or refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until the flavors have had time to blend together.
