Ingredients
One 15-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
1 Tablespoons Thai red curry paste

2 teaspoons BlenditUp Thai curry spice blend
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest plus 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 1/2 pounds whole chicken wings
Coconut oil, for brushing
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a very large bowl, whisk the coconut milk with the curry paste, Thai curry spice seasoning, lime zest and juice. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Light a grill and oil the grate. Remove the chicken from the marinade; season with salt and pepper. Grill over moderate heat, turning, until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
