Ingredients:
- 5 fl oz can coconut milk
- 1 scoop BlenditUp Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar of choice (e.g. coconut sugar, white sugar), more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of fresh strawberries or other seasonal fruit
- Makes 6 servings, 1/4 cup each
Instructions:

Place the coconut milk in the refrigerator upside down to chill overnight.

Before starting the whipping process, chill a large mixing bowl in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the coconut milk from the refrigerator, flip it right side up, and take off the lid. Scoop out only the hardened cream at the top and transfer it to the chilled mixing bowl. Set aside the remaining liquid.

Using an electric hand mixer, beat the coconut cream for 30-60 seconds. Add the protein powder, sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until you achieve a creamy and smooth texture, which should take about 60-90 seconds. Taste the mixture for sweetness and adjust as needed.

Divide your choice of fruit into bowls, and top each with ¼ cup of the chocolate whipped topping.

Store any leftover whipped cream in the refrigerator. If you need to thin it out, use the reserved coconut liquid.
