Ingredients 3 ripe avocados ½ small red onion finely diced 2 medium-sized tomatoes diced 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced 1 serrano pepper seeds removed and finely diced (optional) 2 garlic cloves minced 1 lime juiced 1 teaspoon BlenditUp Southwest spice blend

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a fork, mash the avocado to your desired consistency, chunky or smooth.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust BlenditUp Southwest spice blend or lime juice if necessary.
  4. Serve the guacamole with your favorite tortilla chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

  • Opt for large avocados for this recipe. If you can only find small avocados, simply add one more!
