MANGO
Mangos are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart.
BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
Unsweetened almond milk contains up to 80% fewer calories than regular dairy milk. Using it as a replacement for cow's milk could be an effective weight loss strategy.
BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are high in antioxidants, as berries have more antioxidants than any other fruits or vegetables.
RASPBERRIES
Raspberries provide potassium, essential to heart function, and proven to lower blood pressure. The omega-3 fatty acids in raspberries can help prevent stroke and heart disease.
GOJI BERRIES
Goji berries contain healthy antioxidants. Antioxidants are known for their immune-boosting qualities and their ability to fight harmful free radicals and inflammation.

1 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Mango Chunks
1/2 Peeled, Banana
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Fresh, Organic Blueberries
1/4 Cup Fresh, Organic Raspberries

Secure Lid and blend on smoothie setting until smooth.
