PEACH
Fresh peaches are a moderate source of antioxidants and vitamin C which is required for the building of connective tissue inside the human body.
HEAVY CREAM
Heavy whipping cream contains important fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin A, D, E, and K. Full-fat dairy products such as heavy whipping cream contain more of these vitamins than low-fat or nonfat dairy.

1 1/4 cups sugar or sweetener-divided
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk

2 scoops of Collagen Peptides
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix 2 cups of the chopped peaches with 1/2 cup sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the peaches to release their juices.
In a high-speed blender, add the peaches/sugar mixture, collagen peptides, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and remaining 3/4 cup sugar, and blend until nice and smooth.
Stir in the remaining 2 cups of peach slices.
