1 cup Almond Milk
1 cup Ice
1 cup of Melon (we used Cantaloupe but use any of your favorite melons.)
Juice of 2 Limes
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Bee Free Honey
1 scoop Protein Powder
Add ingredients to Vitamix container
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or on the smoothie setting until smooth
