BLACKBERRIES
Blackberries are an excellent source of antioxidants like anthocyanins. These antioxidants help the skin fight the effects of free radicals, reducing damage to the skin cells.
RAW ALMONDS
Almonds contain vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber, and so they may offer a number of health benefits. Just a handful of almonds — approximately 1 ounce — contains one-eighth of a person's daily protein needs.
Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1/4 Cup Raw Almonds

Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth
Pour in a bowl and top with fresh blackberries, almond slivers and chia seeds
