VANILLA EXTRACT
Sweet, warm, rich aroma of vanilla extract not only soothes the palate, it also calms the mind; and vanilla extract also restores skin.
PITTED CHERRIES
Cherries contain a number of beneficial nutrients, such as vitamin C and antioxidants. Some evidence suggests that they may also help lower inflammation, protect heart health, and improve sleep as part of a healthy diet.
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.

Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth
Pour into 2 separate bowls, Rinse Vitamix Container
