BANANAS

PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, which can help improve bone health. It also contains probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the gut.
CINNAMON
Cinnamon helps in losing weight by suppressing appetite, regulating blood sugar levels and speeding up metabolism.
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 frozen banana, small
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tbsp Apple Nectar

2 Scoops Organic Whole Vegan Protein Smoothie Mix
1/4 Cup Ice
Directions
Add Smoothie Ingredients to Vitamix container.
Secure Lid and blend on smoothie setting until smooth.
Pour into bowl, garnish with apple and sprinkle cinnamon.
