LOW FAT YOGURT
Yogurts can be high in protein, calcium, vitamins, and live culture, or probiotics, which can enhance the gut microbiota. These can offer protection for bones and teeth and help prevent digestive problems
RED GRAPES
Grapes, grape juice, and wine have antioxidants that help the cardiovascular system. These antioxidants, sometimes called flavonoids or polyphenols, can relax blood vessels and reduce inflammation.
BLACKBERRIES
The antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals found in blackberries deliver a variety of health benefits. Antioxidants such as anthocyanins hold many anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. They may also combat diabetes and certain kinds of cancer.
BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are high in antioxidants, as berries have more antioxidants than any other fruits or vegetables.
RASPBERRIES
Raspberries provide potassium, essential to heart function, and proven to lower blood pressure. The omega-3 fatty acids in raspberries can help prevent stroke and heart disease.
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
Blend on High, or Smoothie setting until smooth.
