BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
RASPBERRIES
Raspberries provide potassium, essential to heart function, and proven to lower blood pressure. The omega-3 fatty acids in raspberries can help prevent stroke and heart disease.
Ingredients
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Banana, Peeled
1/4 Cup Raspberries, Rinsed

2 Scoops Organic Whole Vegan Protein Smoothie Mix
1/2 Cup Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to Vitamix Container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on High or Smoothie Setting until smooth.
