Coconut milk is a tasty, nutritious and versatile food that is widely available. It can also be made easily at home. It's full of important nutrients like manganese and copper.
MINT
The menthol quality of mint has been shown to help clear nasal passages. Studies show that mint may help reduce the bacteria within the mouth that causes bad breath.
MANGO
Mangos are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart.
Ingredients
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Fresh Mint
1 Cup Fresh Organic Mango

2 Scoops Organic Whole Vegan Protein Smoothie Mix
1/2 Cup Ice
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth.
