SPARKLING WATER

You need adequate fluid to produce lymph, an important bodily fluid and component of the immune system. All systems of the body work better in a water-rich environment.
MINT
The menthol quality of mint has been shown to help clear nasal passages. Studies show that mint may help reduce the bacteria within the mouth that causes bad breath.
LIME
Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants — both of which may offer health benefits. Eating limes or drinking the juice may improve immunity, reduce heart disease risk factors, prevent kidney stones, aid iron absorption, and promote healthy skin
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
Ingredients
1 Can Sparkling Water
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp Apple Juice
1 Cup Ice
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid and Blend on medium speed until ice blended.
