1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Sparkling Water
2 Tbsp Apple Juice
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Ice
Peel Grapefruit and remove seeds as best as possible.
Add all ingredients to Vitamix Container.
Secure lid, blend on high.
If you prefer Pulp Free * Half Grapefruit, Squeeze to juice and run through strainer before adding to Vitamix container.
