UNSWEETENED COCONUT MILK

VEGETARIAN BOUILLON
Vegetable broth contains vitamin A that helps to improve the eyes, enhancing vision, and helping to avoid eye diseases such as glaucoma or cataract. The calcium from vegetables helps to strengthen the bones, helping to avoid osteoporosis and bone fractures.
ASPARAGUS
This giant veggie is one of the most nutritionally well-balanced vegetables -- high in folic acid and a good source of potassium, fiber, thiamin, and vitamins A, B6, and C. A 5-ounce serving provides 60% of the RDA for folic acid and is low in calories.
ONION

Ingredients
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Vegetarian Bouillon
1 large bunch asparagus
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups fresh baby spinach
2 tbsp Olive Oil

3 tbsp Italian Spice Blend
Directions
Add all ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed, secure lid, Slowly increase from Variable Speed 1 to High, or select Hot Soup setting.
Blend until steady flow of steam escapes from the lid vents.
