APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

ONION
Onions contain antioxidants and compounds that fight inflammation, decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol levels — all of which may lower heart disease risk. Their potent anti-inflammatory properties may also help reduce high blood pressure and protect against blood clots.
GARLIC CLOVES
Garlic has been shown to exert cholesterol- and triglyceride-lowering actions,” says Bakko. This leads to overall protection for your heart, including reduced cholesterol and lowered blood pressure.
BASIL

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Avocado Oil
1/2 Cup Plain Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
Juice of 1 Lime
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on high until smooth.
