A. As long as it has been stored in a cool, dry location and hasn't been contaminated with any liquids or other substances, it will be fine to use. Some settling and separation of the ingredients can occur over time, so stirring the powder before using will help with the texture and consistency.

A. Yes. The Vegan Protein+ Smoothie Mix is safe for anyone and everyone. Message us regarding any allergies. We use tree nut free facilities but we do use coconut and sunflower oils in some products.

Q. How can I return my purchased product? How do I get a refund?

A. In order to receive a full refund on purchased product, you must return it to where it was purchased.

- If you purchased the product from Costco, it needs to be returned to Costco and you will receive a full refund.

- If you purchased the product from our website, go to our contact page, enter your name, e-mail, phone number (optional), and a message including your order number, requesting a refund. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, we will issue you a 100% refund.
