Ingredients: 1 Pack Southwest Ready Blend Soup3 Cups Water1 large handful of Organic Tortilla Chips Instructions: Blend contents of pouch with 3 cups hot water for 60 to 90 second on high speed, or Soup setting. For added texture, slow to variable speed 1, and add 1/3 cup of cooked corn and a large handful of tortilla chips (optional). Blend until desired texture is reached.  Makes 3 servings.

Ingredients: 2 Cups Water1 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk1 tbsp Vegetarian Bouillon 1 large bunch asparagus1 large onion, chopped2 cups fresh baby spinach2 tbsp Olive Oil3 tbsp Italian Spice Blend   Instructions: Add all ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed, secure lid, Slowly increase from Variable Speed 1 to High, or select Hot Soup setting. Blend until steady flow of steam escapes from the lid vents.
