Recipes — Spicy Soup

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil3 large carrots, peeled and chopped1 15oz can of organic pumpkin puree2 cups Water 1 tbsp Vegetarian Bouillon½ teaspoon cinnamon½ to ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or more to thin out consistency)2 tbsp Southwest Spice BlendA few dashes of sea salt & pepperHot Sauce and Organic Sour Cream for garnish   Instructions: Add all ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed, secure lid, Slowly increase from Variable Speed 1 to High, or select Hot Soup setting. Blend until steady flow of steam escapes from the lid vents. Garnish and Enjoy!
