Ingredients JAM 1 cup Frozen Blueberries 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp chia seeds CHIA PUDDING 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup light coconut milk 1 Tbsp Apple Nectar or Agave 3 Tbsp Almond Butter 1/2 Cup Chia seeds   Instructions In a small Sauce pan add the blueberries and Lemon juice. Warm on medium-high heat until bubbling. Then lower heat to medium and cook for 1-2 minutes - stirring occasionally. Remove from heat then stir in chia seeds. .
