Q: Is the spice product Gluten Free?

A: Our ingredients are gluten free, but our blends are produced in a facility that uses tree nuts, soy, wheat, and milk so cross contamination could occur.  For individuals with Celiac or who are allergic to gluten, we suggest they purchase only products that are labeled "Gluten free".

Q: Why is the first ingredient for the spice product Salt?

A: Our Spice Product is made up of a hearty blend of spice and dehydrated vegetables enhanced with sea salt. Our blend is "low sodium" as it falls 30mg under the prescribed industry standard to be considered "low sodium."

Q: Why does my soup end up foamy?

A: A foamy soup is the result of too many vegetables and not enough water.  Also, starting with hot water will help to reduce the foam. 

Q: Where can I purchase the new Thai and Italian "soups 'n more" blends?

A: These new blends are only available at your local Costco/Sam's Club Vitamix roadshow.
